If you’d like to exchange your item, you can easily do so through our online return portal. This is the fastest way to secure your perfect fit. Start your exchange here

Returns (Refunds)

If you prefer a refund, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery via our return portal: Start your return here

Important:
All returns must be registered through the return portal before sending any items back.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags, hangers, and original packaging included

Return labels are purchased directly in the portal for a small fee, allowing us to keep our prices fair.

Once your return request is approved in the portal, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: up to 5 business days after receipt

If you paid with Klarna, the refund will be processed directly via Klarna.
